Changing the buffer time didn't make a huge difference, but now I've found a way to install the VMaudio driver and revert to the old es1371 audio device so I can lower the latency. I can click other applications and I can right click most applications, but the main ones no longer work. Ever since I changed to using Windows 10 in my VMware Fusion virtual machine, I've struggled with a fair bit of latency and audio problems when using the standard HDAudio device. VMWARE Fusion 10 on MAC, Windows 10 Start menu and search not working I just installed the 'Professional Version 10.0.1 (6754183)' release and my Start menu and search no longer work in windows.
